Consultation fees reflect the property, agreed scope, and reporting needs. We confirm the fee before your visit and credit it toward approved IEG work. Estimates for clearly defined construction work are free.

 

Evaluations cover visible conditions and accessible areas. Concealed conditions and specialist testing require separate investigation.
